Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to be happy with your order! If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll help resolve the issue. If your package is lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll work with our fulfillment partner (Printful) to make it right. If the problem is due to a mistake on Printful’s end, they will cover the cost of the replacement.

Return Address & Unclaimed Packages

Returns are sent to Printful’s facility by default. When a return is received at their warehouse, you’ll get an automated email notification. If the return goes unclaimed for 30 days, Printful donates the item to charity.

⚠️ Note: If the return address is changed from Printful’s default facility, you (the customer) would be responsible for any returns that go to that address.

Shipping Issues

  • Wrong Address: If the shipping address you provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the package will be returned to Printful’s facility. Once we confirm an updated address with you, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.

  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is unclaimed and returned to Printful, you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed items like face masks cannot be returned or exchanged. If a face mask is returned, it will be disposed of by Printful and not eligible for a refund or reshipment.

Changed Your Mind?

Because each product is made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. If you'd like a different size or product, you are welcome to place a new order.
